View Full Version : Can anyone help please.
Coming up to Tongue for 2 week holiday from Monday 29th July 2013. I have always wanted to try canoeing/ kayaking. Are there any reasonably priced opportunities within driving distance. I am reasonably fit but am a complete novice and would have to hire safety equipment.

I don't think there are established kayaking businesses around Tongue but I would be happy to be proven wrong. Anyway, Tongue and surrounding area is magical, enjoy your holiday

You could try asking one of the hotels in Tongue, I don't think there is any kayaking business in the area but they may know someone willing to hire to you, there is people in the area whom Kayak.
We learned to Canadian Canoe at Loch Morlich nr Aviemore. I assume that was the closest as therealducati booked it. www.lochmorlich.com (http://www.lochmorlich.com)
