County recorder for plants/flora

Any one know if Ken Butler is still the county recorder for plant life and how I can contact him or his successor?

I believe he is but you can contact SNH at Golspie or Marina Swanson the countryside ranger and they will be able to help. Or post a photo anid folk on here might be able to help if it is an identification you need
