View Full Version : Wick Airport Aerobatic Display
Brilliant display by two specialist aerobatic aircraft on saturday afternoon and all for free. Anyone any ideas what they were...Extras, Sukhois etc ? Seemed to to to be part of a four plane squad with a support aircraft.
They aren't display aircraft, they are in fact Scotland's Air Force should it be a Yes majority :-)))

I saw a (I think) Sukhois of WW2 vintage flying in yesterday, we quite frequently see them in the summer over Bower so I was wondering....
Saw an unidentified large old military prop plane yesterday late morning would this be the same one?
I understand its new pilot recruits for the passenger service to Aberdeen undergoing basic training.
That's good to know, because despite their best attempts they couldn't seem to crash the aircraft despite their best attempts, either that or they were debugging the software!
A photo of the Yak 52, at Wick Airport. More on my flickr page.
