A pair of Humpback whales were spotted just off of Holborn Head today by the Thurso RNLI lifeboat crew, what a sight to see in Thurso Bay!!
I relocated to Ushat Head and watched them as they headed in A NW direction out into the Atlantic.
2 large whales were spotted 10 days ago in Sinclairs bay, those whales were also producing large blows so they may be the same animals.
