Tracing your Family Tree

As more and more folk are Tracing their Family Tree, I can heartily recommend the Caithness Family History Society as they have so much information to share. There is a small annual fee and a quarterly booklet which I find both amusing and helpful and full of stories of Caithness folk to add to your 'dates and places'.
Here too on Caithness.org, people have been most generous and point each other in different directions, which I have found a great help especially when at a dead end.
Fred's Graven Images is an absolute Must for folk with Latheron area connections.
