Starting Monday the 7th of Jan
Monday night PPP 6.30-7.30 yoga/Pilates.
Tuesday night PPP 6.30-7.30 fitness class with bells, bands, bars and sticks with the new latest craze in America "POUND" workout.
Thursday PPP 2-3 fitness class for beginners, less active, less able, older or overweight. Support can be used if required.
Thursday night Thurso College 7-8 fitness class with bells, bands, bars and new sticks for the "POUND" workout.
Look forward to seeing you all.
All abilities welcome, remember to bring a mat for abdominal exercises.
