my query is my payment falling on boxing day was suppose to be paid out yesterday (fri} was not in bank in mornin called them after trying there new phone automated system which is so crap called 3 times im mornin between 9am and 11 am they got someone to call back from aberdeen benifits office that promised it would be in bank 5pm latest this was 12-30 pm saying she would make sure low and behold no payment was made checked today still no money today what are the new beneifit helplines doing they certainly are not helping sick people its indecent if i get ho joy mon im going to a local mp and hope they can help as benifit agency are very much appear to tell lies now and not helping genuine benifit clients please right any comment or views please they will be very appreciated thank you
