My husbands working on an oil rig off the Falklands, are we including rigs?
Me, I've never been off the uk (unless you count jumping lol)
and the furthest south was folkstone although I was too young to remember it!
Brixham, Devon is furthest south I've been.
I can't wait for the thread that asks how far East you've been. That should get some interesting responses.
Or how about How far from Earth have you been. This guy from Helmsdale would do well on that one.....

Furthest South I have *been* is Auckland, NZ, but sadly only for a stopover at the airport. On the way back from Oz where we were in Sudney and various parts of NSW.
Furthest South I have actually lived is Hilo, Hawaii in the 1980s.

Bluff, South Island New Zealand. As far south in New Zealand as you can get.I landed there at the oyster festival, and I can safely say the oysters there are almost as good as the tongue ousters!!
And my dads just piped up that he's been to Punta Arenas, Chile, in the Magellan Straight.
So he beats me.
