Internet cut off

Hi

I am having continuous problems with my internet crashing - it just cuts off and when I try to log back on it can not connect to my network. I then have to turn the computer off and back on again before it will reconnect. Sometimes I have to unplug / reset my router

AOL is my internet provider

Does anyone else have this problem or a solution to stop this happening
