[Patients taking Bendrofluazide 2.5mg. tablets....If you have received a Crescent Pharma pack of these tablets, batch no.404340, expires 04.2006, stop taking them and return to your pharmacist or GP as soon as possible as these packs contain Warfarin 3mg tablets in blisters, so dont take them. :eek:
