Hi does anyone know where I can get a mature hedge for my garden?

Get some escallonia - grows quickly, is evergreen, withstands wind and salt, ensure you add some fertiliser when you plant, then stand back and watch.
Once you have it established you can then take lots of cuttings to elongate your hedges.

Torrisdale Tunnel - Skerray (facebook page will give you more info) can probably order whatever you were thinking of planting.
Perhaps not for this year now, but certainly for next year!
Have you an idea of what you would like and quantity?
A general rule for hedging is 3/4 plants per meter, except for leylandii which manages 1 plant per meter.

Hope this helps a little.
