printer needing looked at

looking for someone to look at my grannys printer for her.
has all new ink in, and all levels showing full yet printing is still off colour and broken with lines.

Has it been a whiley since she's used it? We had that wi our printer last year, the printer head blocks up wi dried ink n ink can't get through. We looked at ordering a new printer head unit, but were cheaper to buy a new printer as tescos had an offeron at e time.

na has been using it regular, has just started doing it.
was an expensive printer, was up looking at it today but fixing the usual things that go wrong didnt work :/

if you can get to the printhead [look how on youtube]

use a meths soaked cotton bud to clean the gold 'bars' of the head.

take the carts out first though
