The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority says significant acceleration in the clean-up and shutdown of Dounreay will bring real value to the taxpayer who funds the work. Would be good if they reinvested that One Billion saving back into the local economy... Never happen though, the Government will no doubt use it for tax cuts for all their rich friends.
