So Belfast City Council have taken this Dog because they say it is of a Pit Bull Type. If that is the case then they were quite correct in their actions.

I know I cant tell the breed of the dog by just a few Photographs on a YouTube Video specially when most of them are of poor quality. So unless you can see the actual dog and are a expert in breeds of dogs you will not know what type of dog it is.

The law states and I quote :-

Owning an unregistered pit bull terrier type dog is unlawful and if you have such a dog you are committing a criminal offence.
