Caithness Shinty team hold practices on a tuesday night at 6:30 pm at the Bignold Park in Wick.
Everyone is welcome.
If you've never tried it or its been years since you've swung a caman please feel free to come along.
We have shinty sticks and helmets (under 18's must wear one) available for use at practices. We would strongly advise taking a pair of shin guards and football/rugby boots along with you too.
Practices are fun and informal.
We have a match against the 'Auld enemy' Sutherland in September so looking for some new blood to join the team.
