Good pics Phill, the cannon looks just right in that setting; has it been given a refurb., it's looking very clean?
Is it in working order?
It looks like its had a major refurb.
Is it in working order?.
Stick your head down it and we can check.
What Camera did you use? Was it a Canon? :Razz
How could this have been 'hidden' up the river. Looks great, well done to all involved in this project. A nice focal point at the harbour.
Why is it aimed at Staxigoe?
Will the name be changed to Staxigone? :-)

Why is it aimed at Staxigoe? :eek:It isn't - no-one would ever dare do that.
It's pointing in the direction of Willowbank - watch out for low flying cannonballs if you're driving along Port Dunbar!
It's a bit close to the corner in the road. Someone will drive into it.
Staxigoe may be safe yet:

I wonder will our very own cut and paste legend 'Not News' concede the canon now has a better home?
