warranty means nothing

thats EXTRA to your statutory rights under SOGA.

if its only 2yrs old

then the retailer should be repairing it FOC.

hi there the tv is a samsung model LE37C53OF its not 2 years old to august i looked in my instrution book and its says it has a 12 month warranty and im not sure the retaler of the tv because it wos a home insurance that sent us the tv i guess we should have took extra cover on it bit late now tho but a £400 or 500 tv ud think ud get more that a year and a halfs use

so it was a replacement for a damaged set or something?

eitherway its still covered by soga

warranty/extra cover is extra and in such no neccesary.

pers i'd contact the insurance company and say its failed
please repair it under soga
