I have turned 50 now (i know i don't look it) but i was sat here thinking how my out look on life has changed over the last few years. Nothing seems that important any more i don't get up tight about things that you used to wind me up and am so much more relaxed. now the point of this thread is would you prefer to be the age you are now or 16 again. i would stick with being 50.
16. I would do so many things differently.
I am not quite fifty Bill but I wouldnt want to be 16 again. At fifty I like who I am. I enjoy being me and I like the fact that i am old enough to know better and young enough to do it anyway :)
Neither Bill, I don't want to be 16 again and I don't want to be the age I am......I would settle for being 50 again!!
C3..................;)
Oh to be 50 again......Make the most of it for it wont last...........Soon you will be saying I have turned 60 now. Time goes in a Flash.

Yes it does. I'm 54 in Sept.

Oh time in thy flight,
Make me a child again

LOL can I have the best of both worlds please - return to 16 but with the knowledge & confidence I have now :)!
I would like to be 18 again, employed, working on the Great Lakes, a burd in every port, but to have all the knowledge I had gathered at the time I was 50
Im nearer 30 than 40 still, yet I would hate to be 16 again.
Teenage years are awkward....I would rather be 5 again than 16....no worries ...no cares ...just lots of play and everything is worth exploring and everything is new!
