Can anyone help? I'm unable to view any videos online, ie bbc news clips etc. I've tried uninstalling all adobe flash players then re-installing version 11 but no luck. Keep getting msg saying 'cannot play media, you have incorrect version of flash player'. I'm experiencing this on various sites not just BBC, my os is windows vista. Can anyone suggest where I'm going wrong, thanks.
