well done royal mail i had to send some documents to norfolk urgently .Posted them off via the post van at 3.30 and the person that i was sending them to received them first post next morning.it only cost a first class stamp

Thats the way its supposed to work. Shows how bad the service is now when people think of praising them for actually getting it right.
