Oh The Thurso Pipe Band
Tis the best in the land
They win a the cups to be won !
It makes ma hert cheery
When ah'm feelin weary
To hear them as they march along.
The MacDonald who leads them
A braw piper he,
But each piper is worthy o' praise
As proudly they march
They're a great sicht to see
An strangers in wonder gaze.
Each piper's a ''stunner''
To make us a ''winner''
Where he gets the win' to blaw
An' old Thirsa's so proud
When she sees sick a crowd
Gather roond her ain pipers so braw
Long may they march
An' blaw on their pipes
An' sweep a' the prizes afore them
Thirza's ain braw Pipe Band
The Best in the Land
We're proud it's wir ain toon owns them.
