Suicide of Policeman

So saddened to read of the suicide of David Rathband, the Northumberland policeman who was shot in the face a couple of years ago. Last year he and his wife seperated and he found it very hard to cope with his blindness. Despite just returning from australlia where he stayed at his brothers home for 4 weeks, and raising money for his charity the Bluelight foundation, depression got hold of him and he hanged himself in his home. Rest in peace dear David, such a courageous brave man xx

What that man went through would test everyone of us to the limit. His marriage break-up on top of trying to adjust to a world of darkness, sadly looks to have become unbearable. RIP Dave Rathband.

The Man really had lost everything hadn't he?
You go to work in the morning and expect to arrive home safely but that is not the case these days with the likes of Moat about.
