Trying to get on the .Org

This is being typed on my son`s laptop. When I try to access Caithness.org on my main computer and go to Messageboard the screen goes blank and at the address bar it comes up forum.caithness.org/?fb_xd_fragment#?=&cb=f3f1865e76ebc&relation= etc. etc.
Is there any way I can fix this?

Try deleting cookies, or defragment system.
