Hi, I am trying to attach an animated picture to my signature. I have tried resizing and also entering the URL directly but it still says 'cannot save file'-can anyone help,please? -

Hi Aileen.

It could be that, although the dimensions are within the permitted limits, the filesize is still too big. Needs to be 19.5 kb or less. You can check this by right-clicking and selecting "properties".

Can you point me to the graphic you're trying to use?

No, this is the first time I have tried a signature, I will try again.

No, no luck again. I have tried coming out of firefox and using msn, but that didn't help either. Nice wee witch too eh? Maybe I will try another gif from somewhere else!:lol:

I can't get a picture signature, since I got my avatar up? I could before, I can get text up, tried a pic of 2kb that wouldn't work.

Your sig pic was definitely working earlier. Make sure you don't have an extra http:// left in the window when you paste the pic's location.
