Sometime between 2.45 and 4pm today (sunday 11 dec) my sons bike 'disappeared' from outside the Ross Institute in Halkirk. Needless to say he is pretty upset. Its safe return, or any information leading to its whereabouts would be greatly apreciated.

the bike is a chopper style thing, blue/green, quite a distinctive looking bike, i dont belive there is another like it in the village so would be easily identified. its disappearance has been reported to the police.

sorry to hear about your sons bike...there have been a few taken in thurso and another in watten too i heard.......i feel sorry for the kids that lose them hope you find it again and in good nick too...

still no word on bike, if anyone in halkirk saw it at the ross institute on sunday, or someone riding it after 3pm, please let me know, thanks

should have posted this sooner, bike was found on boxing day thanks to a kind person who called to say they had seen a bike in a field just outside the village.
