Yi every thing in correct
try the forum for consoles
you will need to xclamp it all red lights 1 2 3 and 4 lights meen you have to xclamp it
take a small drill, 1mm should so it, and drill a hole into the offending LED.
That will release the fault to atmosphere and the LED will extinguish.
hope this helps.

Have you tried unplugging it from the wall? The red light should go out in a few seconds, and you can then go off and do something altogether more useful! ;)
i can fix it for you just phone me on 07788714499 it will cost about £35

I have tried everything nearly sorry did I can get it fixed for 15 pound
Is the red light solid or flashing? Also which quadrant is the light in?
Anyway, try unplugging everything and leaving it for 5 to 10 minutes then plug it all back in. If that doesn't fix it, remove the hard drive and then turn it on, if it works then try reconnecting the hard drive. If that fixes it the it was just a loose connection if not then the hard drive if damaged. If none of this worked then it's probably a deeper hardware issue.
