Wick Family Centre are holding Christmas on a budget session on Saturday 10th December.
The aim of the day is to offer the community demonstrations and ideas to make christmas special regardless of their financial situation.
We have been waiting on funding applications coming home and now thanks to MFR cash for kids and the childcare partnership we can now move forward with the project.
We appreciate it is short notice but we are in need of volunteers with a particular talent ( Sweets and treats, cakes, card making, Christmas crafts etc ) to give up an hour of their time to give demonstrations.
All costs will be covered by the centre
Stalls are also available for small local businesses to promote their homemade local products
Knot stressed massage therapy by claire, Crystals creations, the soap bakery, Shena Mcbeath from the young carers (Wick) and puffin farm croft have all come forward so far to offer demonstrations, take stalls or offer donations
If you can help also please get in touch
either via PM or call 01955 606065
With thanks
Staff and trustees of WFC
