Anyone having BT Vision problems?

I used to have no problems with my BT Vision but now get Freeview Signal Poor Quality or Too Low Level on a lot of channels. Anyone else got this problem?

check your aerial signal strength and quality.

I had this problem last week and got on to them and what I had to do was rescan all th channels and that sorted problem out for me hope it does for you:lol:

we were just on the phone to them about this this morning
was told postcode kw14ud (my code) should recieve 59 channels when i only had 27.

had to basically unplug everything then replug in, and wiggle the cable connecting to the ariel then rescan but i now have 69 channels! result! lol
