storage?

I have some crafting software cds that I need to download before my mum goes home, however I don't want to bog down my laptop hard drive with them.
Is there any external plug in device I can use to store several software cds?

A CD doesn't hold very much, so they won't take up much space on your laptop.

Copy them to a USB memory stick if you really don't want to copy them to your laptop. You can get a 16GB stick for not much more than a tenner these days.
