Oatmeal Stuffing

Please could some kind soul tellme how to prepare Oatmeal Stuffing given me from Bews Butcher, it is frozen and I dont have a clue how:(:( to do it with my chicken, thank you for your time

Defrost then wrap in some foil, place in a dish and cook in the oven for about 20mins at 200.
