Typical - just read this story bout there not being enough money to get the newly built womens refuge up and running, so it's just gonna be another empty building in Wick.

Caithness council convener David Flear yesterday said: "People should realise this is not a Highland Council cut.
"The Scottish Executive has suddenly decided to chop £1.5 million off our Supporting People budget and expects us to do it by efficiency savings."
