any help would be great please
our under counter fridge wont stay cold, no idea why, the lights on u can hear the fridge working but its not cold, we have checked the settings ect, no longer under guarantee typical!

Dont know if im cheaper getting a new one or getting it fixed but dont know who fixes fridges

Hope its not a Beko fridge it was on the news a couple of months back for catching fire through bad design?
If it was me i would just get another one probably a different brand given the fact the fridge is on 24/7 365 days a year i would rather have piece of mind with a new one

This might sound a bit strange but........

If the compressor is still running, and nothing else is broken, empty the fridge, turn it off and turn it upside down for a few hours.

Turn it back over and plug it in.

If the problem is caused by bubbles or a vapour lock, this might fix it.

It sounds like nonsense but I've heard of many people having success.

At the same time give the coils at the back a good vacuum to remove any dust and leave the door open to let any ice melt inside the fan.
