Lattimers of Wick

Having researched my wife's family for some time now I've hit a brick wall with two Lattimers from Wick. They are Margaret Lattimer (b 1888 Wick) and Johan Reid Lattimer (b 1897 Wick). They were from a family of 10 and I've managed to track down the other 8 and their subsequent families but these two have me stumped! I'm led to believe one became a nun and the other possibly emigrated. Can anyone give me some advice on how to proceed with these two areas?
