extension plans

we're looking to put an extension on our house.
very soon.
but need someone to draw up official plans so we can submit them to the planning dept.

is there anyone up here that does this?
who do you recommend?

yeah, thats how it was with building the house, but we will be building the extension ourselves with friends in the trade.
but obviously still need the offical papers etc.
