Spell check query.

When about to send an email I went to use "Spell Check" and a window appeared thus : " The language is no longer available for spell check checking. Please select another in the spelling options dialog" I'd be grateful if someone could tell me what to do ! I'm using Windows Mail on Vista.

GOTO - TOOLS - OPTIONS - SPELLING & reselect english and applying the change, taken from google.
