Hi, does anyone know if the council housing applications points scheme awards points for being the victim of harassment and anti-social behaviour? ( some of which is serious enough for me to report to the police.)

I have no idea. But if the harassment is serious enough to report to the police, then report it to the police.

I have reported the more serious incidences to the police and have crime numbers for these, I want to know about the council, anyone?
