Utube video freezing

My other half's lap-top freezes when she's watching on-line videos from utube etc, does she need to download software or is this a router problem? Any help appreciated.

try connecting via an ethernet cable to see if its wireless related too

download and run glary utils

then comeback here if it still does it.

after successfully downloading and running glary utils on 15th, everything was fine until yesterday when it started again. any more info please?

have sorted problem, i downloaded a newer version of adobe flash player yesterday which conflicted with firefox so i deleted it and went back to the older adobe flash player.
