Need help got really bad signal on the t.v

i think my tv aerial has maybe moved on the roof? is there anyone that could help me with this? BBC is okay.... but the rest of the channels you cant watch because its such a bad picture... i have freeview not sky can anyone give me any advice? :)

Your aerial probably has moved.
This will need to be re-aligned to get the signal back to its strength.
