I thought a link to the Skeptics Dictionary might prove an interesting source of topics - http://skepdic.com/
I have had this link for ages and may originally have picked it up from someone on this forum. A handy source if you are thinking there might be some truth in this or that cure or based on little other than the size of your cheque book.

That is quite the collection and I'd agree - lots to draw on from it, like Avatars for instance.
Thank you.
I'm not in the Skeptic's Dictionary, but I do have an article in The Skeptic Tank (http://www.skeptictank.org/)'s Archive Files (http://www.skepticfiles.org/). It's a spoof theory I posted on Usenet years ago - I guess it was sufficiently "convincing" that they must have thought I was serious - so they classified me as a nutter.
I'm quite proud of it.

Thank you all for that, I have had a quick look, seems interesting, I will get back for a browse when I have more time.

Interesting site, though like many skeptics, a little smug in tone (who, me?). The worst thing is I can't find any place to make comments (not wearing my reading glasses today).
