Variety show at Halkirk
THE Caithness Handbell Ringers are just one of the attractions on the programme for the forthcoming ceilidh in the Ross Institute, Halkirk, organised by Caithness Chest and Heart Support Group.
Other artistes include, the Mina Mackay dancers, Caithness dialect by Sarah Gunn, and members of the Wick Arion Choir.
A previous ceilidh staged by the group, at the same venue, was a grand evening and, hopefully, this one will be every bit as successful and rejuvenate its funds which have understandably been depleted after its recent round of grants for the provision of medical equipment in the county.
The ceilidh date for your diaries is February 26, at 7.30pm. I look forward to seeing you all.
