protest Thursday at market square..

there is to be a peaceful protest on Thursday morning at the market square by the highland council service point for all parents and carers of primary age children.
this is in support of classroom assistants and will be taking place from 9 am to 9:30 am
feel free to bring your children along, but please let the school be aware that you will be taking them, and they will be late for school. all children must be attended by a parent or guardian.
The Highalnd council will be making a final decision Thursday on whether to axe the Classroom assistants from aug 2011.

Hi, We have cancelled the event in Thurso as the Council have stepped down and will conduct a review - we've taken the decision that we will take no further action until the outcome of the review is known. For further info see MFR website - latest news

Thnaks for letting me know.. i was wondering about that as i hadnt heard anything from the wick side.
can this be confirmed on the wick side of things as well?
