Hi I've recently bought a Htc desire mobile and I'm not able to record any videos. I can take photos but when I try taking videos it does nothing. I have plenty of space in my memory card so thats not the problem. I could try a factory reset but I will loose the apps I've put on the phone. Can anyone help please.

Hi there I think may be that the reset may work I think it may be some corrupt firmware otherwise it's a hardware problem

Hi thank you. I think I'll try the reset and if that doesn't work they can have the phone back lol.

Did you update it to the latest firmware and do the full restart?
