We are having another intake for our CMD Class. This new beginners class will cover all aspects of Boxing, Kickboxing, Clinch and Ground Control, and is suitable for adults or children over 14. Classes are progressive and laid back, and lots of fun. Classes are restricted to a maximum of 10 participants.
We will also be opening a dedicate brazilian jiu jitsu class, details to follow.
