A bit overexposed,not an easy thing to achieve capturing white on white but if you went down a stop,even 2 then the contrast of the bird against the snow would make it stand stand out a little more.

I think the black & white treatments works best here. Don't mind the images being over-exposed (an area that I sometimes aim for in the odd portrait shot). Arty!
