Mind you, with all the disruption to parcel deliveries due to the bad weather, I can see a lot of panic buying taking place locally next weekend. Maybe the "flash mobs" would lift folks spirits in the pedestrian precincts of Wick & Thurso....? Then again maybe not. :D
