Miss Clifford died today.

Miss Clifford today flew off and over Rainbow Bridge.
She was a plain ordinary rook and had been shot, then left to die on the side of the road.....11 1/2 years ago, but I brought her home and here she stayed. She entertained me by singing loudly to her favourite disco music even attempting to dance. A crow song isn't the most melodious sound and could be more looked upon as ear shattering, but clifford was enjoying herself.
Today she decided to have a bath in the dog dish as usual but after a couple of wing flaps, sending water all over she then flopped and it was all over.
I'll miss you little bird....RIP Miss Clifford.

She was the luckiest crow I had ever heard of and you gave her 11 1/2 years of such happiness after some heartless sod shot her!

What a lovely and interesting animal you had for such a long time! Through your kindness and love, Miss Clifford obviously led a very fulfilling life and went to Rainbow Bridge a happy wee birdie !
