Sunday opening? don't know about the Factory Shop, but recently down in Cornwall on holiday.
Decided to nip into a large ASDA for breakfast to save time, this was about 8.30am - of course this was a Sunday, and the doors did not open til 10.00.. so came back later to listen to a strange announcement "shoppers may browse until 10.30am" Uh? went to customer service and asked what that was about, to be told by a confused assistant that under Sunday Trading Laws the store could not sell anything until 10.30, and the store would close at 4pm! (of course I knew all this, but was amusing to see the persons face when we told 'em we could shop from 8am to 8pm in our Tesco store on Sunday,) she did not believe it...

Today, being Sunday, and now in Leyland, Lancs, my Son and Daughter in law will be going to Morrisons, fighting through the masses as they panic to get the shopping in before the doors close at 4..

Really looking forward to getting home!

I will admit I still find it strange that Tesco is open until 6pm on a sunday in Thurso..... Ive lived most of my life in England where Sundays were strictly 10-4! Although, that said, most of the shops in an english town centre are open 10-4 on a sunday, where as here it seems very few shops open!

Well, putting what you asked for, "Factory Shop" and "Thurso" into Google worked for me! Where did it fall down for you?

They only started opening until 8 in the summer, so I always thought they didn't change the sign as it was just temporary, what with tourists etc. But is it still open until 8?

No worries. Google Help (http://www.google.com/support/websearch/?hl=en) also has a lot of useful hints and tips on finding the information you need, super fast. :)
