he controlled the calories he took in so no surprise that he lost weight. Anyone who has ever tried the weight watchers diet will also know that its not WHAT food you eat but how many CALORIES you consume. So as long as you stick to the calories you are meant to consume regardless of what foods they are found in you lose weight.

whether this man stays healthy missing out all the nutrients that his body needs by consuming mainly sugar who knows......

proves nothing other than go over your calories and you pile on weight. A lot of skinny people out there who are walking time bombs, skinny does not equal healthy....

a cheap gimmick ..
