Did all of Wick have 3 short power cuts last night (7.30, 9.30 and 10.30) followed by a longer one?

just part of wick.my power was out for a few hours after 10

We were out in thrumster at e smiddy inn playing darts when we had the powercuts, ended up being candlelight darts lol

We were out near Strathy about 5.15pm then again about 5.30p.m. not for very long.
