The proposals for the new ASDA store in Thurso are being considered by Highland Council full planning committeee in Inverness on 16th August 2006.
All those in favour of the new store in Thurso, please show your support by writing a letter of support and sending it directly to
Iain Ewart, CaithnessArea Planning and Building Standards Manager, The Highland Council, Market Street, Wick KW1 4AB. Quote planning application reference number 06/0038/OUTCA.
Any letters of support will be reported to the committee. You can also contact your local councillor to express your views.
I was in ASDA in Elgin on Thursday and paid 97.9 pence per litre of petrol and saved a fortune on back to school clothes for the kids. Cheaper than Tesco in Inverness which we priced on the way through.
Im away to write my letter now.
